VOGON
The VOGON (Vereniging voor Onroerend Goed Onderzoekers Nederland - Dutch Society of Property Researchers) promotes the exchange of information on property and the contacts between Dutch property researchers. She accomplishes this by annually organising several symposia and by presenting the VOGON Property Research Award for the best article on property research. Furthermore the VOGON is co-publisher of the Property Research Quarterly, the Dutch journal of property research.
The VOGON was founded in 1991 on the initiative of Amsterdam School of Real Estate, after the example of The Society of Property Researchers in the United Kingdom.
The main objectives of the VOGON may be summarised by:
- Broadening and deepening of the knowledge on economical property analysis
- Promotion and improvement of the quality of property research in both the commercial and residential sector
- You should be employed as a researcher or manager
- You should have more than two years of working experience
- You should be nominated by two members of the VOGON
